cfcd3eee6f Integrate Amap SDK to replace CoreLocation and MapKit for all location features. 
Unify GPS, reverse geocoding, and map display behind LocationProvider with privacy-gated bootstrap after login, aligned with Android.

39186cfe25 Add Lottie global loading overlay and fix stuck loading states. 
Replace per-VC activity indicators with a ref-counted GlobalLoadingManager, and resolve duplicate show/hide calls on Profile, Statistics, and Home tabs.

39a9038a3b Switch default actor isolation to nonisolated and document concurrency conventions. 
Align app and test targets on nonisolated defaults so ViewModels stay off MainActor by default, and capture the resulting patterns in AGENTS.md.

699f1ba7c4 Add networking layer and wire up v9 login flow with unit tests.
